Welcome to Class 5!
A Message from Miss D'Anzi
Welcome back! We hope that you have all had a refreshing Easter break and are ready to start the summer term!
Can I remind parents that children should be lining up on the bottom playground with their belongings at 8:50?
As always, please ensure that your child has their name in all items of clothing. Also packed lunches need your child’s name and class to be clearly labelled.
Thank you for your support.
PE is on Wednesdays and Fridays
A homework challenge grid will be stuck in your child’s homework book. Please work with your child and complete the activities per instructions. Books will be collected at the end of each half term to assess learning and prepare books for the next half term.
The children will be given a list of spellings on Mondays, linked to their spelling work, which will be tested the following Monday.
Your child will read with an adult in school once a week. Please remind your child to bring their reading book into school every day. After sharing reading books at home, please sign reading records regularly. When children have read their book and had their reading record signed at home, they can change their book at school.
For more detailed information on what we will be doing this half term please take a look at our class newsletter.
