Message from Mrs Moorhouse,

I hope that everyone had a lovely, well-deserved break!

Year 6 made us all very proud during the last half term they all worked very hard during SATs week. I can’t belive we have reached their final half term at St. Paul’s.

Year 6 will also be going this half term on a Friday afternoon.

Outdoor kit will be needed on Thursday .

Indoor PE kit will be needed on a Friday for Dance with sports coaches.

Please note PE kit can be left in school for the half term. We will be on the field playing rounders when the weather is nice!

Homework
English and Maths: Homework will be set on a Friday and is due in on Wednesday. Please help your child to hand their homework in on time as children with late homework will lose golden time.

Reading: Children in year 5 and 6 should be reading regularly at home.

We will listen to children read in school at least once a week. Reading books must be brought into school every day and will be checked regularly. Please listen to your child read at home and make comments in their reading record.

For more detailed information on what we will be doing this half term please take a look at our class newsletter.
