FLU VACCINATIONS IN SCHOOL
Dear Parent/Carer,
This is an important news item in regards to the reception to year 6 flu vaccination programme.
Previously there has been paper consent forms for this, but this year consent needs to be given electronically.
We have been asked to stress that the e-consent form closes on 23rd October 2020, so it must be completed before this date. If you try the link after this date it will not work,

In order for your child to have a flu vaccination in school, parents/carers must complete the e-consent by clicking on the link in this email. If you do not wish for your child to have this vaccination, we still need you to click on the link and complete the no form on the e-consent.
Intrahealth will be administering flu vaccinations for children across school.
This information has also been emailed via the school spider email system.
