Unavoidable school closure day on Wednesday 7th January
Dear Parents
Thank you for your understanding today and support in the unavoidable school closure that we have had to carry out during the afternoon today, Tuesday 6th January.
I have to write to inform you that there will also be an unavoidable school closure day on Wednesday 7th January as we continue to deal with the burst water pipes that we have in school and the issues this affects, that includes the heating and access to running water and toilets in school. I am sure you can appreciate that we are unable to have pupils on site in this situation.
Therefore, school will not be able to reopen on Wednesday 7th January.
I do apologise for the inconvenience this will cause and I fully appreciate the challenges that this will bring.
We are working hard to resolve these issues. We will update you tomorrow via school spider in regards to the school being able to reopen.
